4 simple steps. We ship once all your parcels arrive, so you save on freight.
1Order From Chinese Online StoresTaobao / Tmall / Pinduoduo / 1688 / JD / Douyin. Use either of our warehouse addresses below (Guangzhou WH1 or Foshan WH2) as the delivery address and set the receiver name to "Your Customer ID + Name".
2Pre-alert the Tracking NumberOnce the seller ships, go to "Pre-alert" and register the China courier, tracking number and item name. You can paste many rows at once.
3We Receive and InspectWe sign for parcels by tracking number, and can photo-inspect, remove packaging or reinforce on request. Status updates to "Received" in real time.
4Consolidate and ShipIn "Consolidate and Ship", tick the parcels to merge, enter the overseas address, pick a channel (UPS / DHL / Air / Sea) and submit. We pack, ship and send you the international tracking number.

Choose the one you need when placing an order
Notes Before You Order
1. Tracking number is mandatory: the warehouse signs for parcels by tracking number. A parcel without one cannot be stored.
2. Destination country, postal code and receiver phone must be accurate. Include the country code, e.g. +1 213...
3. Tick "Special Items" for batteries, magnets, liquids, powders or branded goods, to avoid customs seizure.
4. Declare the real value. The risk of under-declaration is borne by the customer.
5. Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight and volumetric weight (L x W x H / 6000).
6. Ask our customer service in the order remarks about the free storage period. Overdue storage may incur fees.
